The Azura is a firm, rockered super trainer built to do everything: easy miles, steady runs and workouts without swapping shoes. If you want a single pair that handles the full training week, this is the shape of shoe that does it.
The upper is deliberately race-snug to stop in-shoe movement. Midfoot lockdown is excellent thanks to a gusseted tongue, and the stiff but padded heel counter drew no slippage complaints from testers. There is a noticeable taper on the little-toe side that can bunch the toes, so runners who want splay room should look elsewhere, and no wide width is offered.
