Return Policy

We want you to be able to give your shoes a good test. Bring them out for a run, but if you feel they aren’t working for you, then they aren’t working for us. Bring them back within 30 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to find something that better suits your needs. For any product that has been worn, we will be able to offer an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.

The Run House Return Portal

Orders with Checkout+ can return any item for a refund, exchange, or store credit for free (only applicable to the U.S.). For U.S. returns without Checkout+, the cost of the shipping label will need to be bought at the end of the return portal. We are unable to accommodate free exchanges or returns on international orders. If you’d like to start a return for an international order, please email us at help@therunhouse.com

In order to receive a refund on your return, the items must be unused, in all original packaging, have tags still attached and be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase. All items that have a design printed on them are FINAL SALE, as they are made to order. Please ensure that the size and design combination is correct before ordering.

Any apparel or accessory items purchased online with a design on them are also FINAL SALE, as they are all made to order.

Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined on our returns page and select a new item for exchange. Each customer is eligible for one exchange per order.
