By using FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning, this trainer creates a lighter and softer cushioning experience.

Lastly, HYBRID ASICSGRIP™ outsole combines ASICSGRIP™ rubber and AHARPLUS™ materials to help provide advanced grip for various terrains and advanced durability.

Sizing

• Length: True to size
• Width and toebox: Medium through the midfoot with a toebox roomier than most ASICS models. Some find it shallow rather than narrow, so very high-volume feet may feel constrained on top. Narrow and wide for women, wide and extra-wide for men.
• Fit notes: Good midfoot lockdown and a well-padded heel with a sturdy counter, and the laces are long enough for a runner's loop if you want extra heel security. The caveat is instep height rather than width.
