Width and toebox: A more squared-off toebox with a prominent toe guard that feels tapered at first before opening into a wider forefoot, with good vertical toe room. Narrow, standard, wide and extra-wide offered.
Fit notes: Normal overall volume with a moderately thick gusseted tongue. The midfoot is normal to slightly wide, which causes mild sliding for some, and initial heel slippage that lacing fixes. The stiff toe guard breaks in with wear and makes the shoe a poor choice sockless.
