Answers to the most common questions about the Run House Membership Program.
How do I join?
Pick one of our four tiers above: Bronze (free), Silver ($34.99 per year), Gold ($59.99 per year), or RunHouse+ Executive ($99.99 per year). You can also join at any of our store locations. By enrolling you agree to the program Terms and Conditions.
How do I use my discount?
Member pricing applies to eligible shoes, apparel, and accessories.
- In store: identify yourself as an active member during checkout at any of our locations.
- Online: make sure you are signed in to your active member account before finalizing your purchase. Guest checkout will not apply your discount, even if you enter your membership email.
- Partner programs: if you belong to a partner program such as Blue365, you may need to use a unique single-use code from your partner portal to apply your discount.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
How does my discount work?
Your discount is a percentage off eligible merchandise, set by your tier: Bronze 10%, Silver 15%, Gold 20%, RunHouse+ Executive 25%. Benefits are available immediately once you join, as long as your membership stays active.
Can I combine my discount with sales?
No. Member pricing does not stack with other offers. It does not apply to clearance, closeout, or sale merchandise, gift cards, taxes, or shipping, and some brands and limited releases may be excluded. Free US shipping is a separate member benefit and does apply alongside your discount.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Manage billing and renewal from your online account. Paid tiers renew automatically each year using your payment method on file. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime to stop future billing, and your benefits stay active through the end of your current 12 month term. Membership fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
