We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Shoe Fitter to join our team. As a Shoe Fitter, will play a crucial role ensuring that our customers receive the perfect fit for their running, walking, and casual footwear needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed foot assessments and gait analysis to understand customers' individual needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate footwear, inserts, and sandals based on their foot shape, size, activity level, and specific requirements.
- Utilize your expert knowledge of shoe styles, brands, and technologies to guide customers towards the best options available.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice on shoe maintenance, fit adjustments, and proper footwear care.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in footwear technology to offer the latest information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer measurements, shoe fittings, and any special requests or instructions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide support during busy periods.
- Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked by regularly restocking apparel and accessories, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
