STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service.
• Motivate and coach employees to meet sales goals, improve product knowledge, and enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous staff development.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, and professional growth.
• Ensure all customers receive a high level of personalized service, including product recommendations and gait analysis.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales trends and adjust product offerings to meet customer demand.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Maintain store compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft.
• Represent the store at local running events, races, and community activities to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and running clinics to engage with the local running community.
• Build strong relationships with local running groups, clubs, and fitness organizations.

SHOE FITTER

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Shoe Fitter to join our team. As a Shoe Fitter, will play a crucial role ensuring that our customers receive the perfect fit for their running, walking, and casual footwear needs.

Pay:

• Approximately $20/hr pending experience

Locations:

• Falmouth
• Needham
  
• Scituate
• Walpole

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed foot assessments and gait analysis to understand customers' individual needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate footwear, inserts, and sandals based on their foot shape, size, activity level, and specific requirements.
• Utilize your expert knowledge of shoe styles, brands, and technologies to guide customers towards the best options available.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice on shoe maintenance, fit adjustments, and proper footwear care.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in footwear technology to offer the latest information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer measurements, shoe fittings, and any special requests or instructions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide support during busy periods.
• Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked by regularly restocking apparel and accessories, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Provide custom printed shirts for customers with provided logos on display.
• Maintain logo stock to ensure customers can always have custom items printed on demand.
