Terms & Conditions

Effective June 2026

1. Agreement

Welcome to The Run House Membership Program ("Membership Program"). These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all Membership tiers offered by The Run House.

By enrolling in or renewing a Membership, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Run House reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Membership Program at any time.

 

 

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Bronze Membership

Annual Fee: Free

Benefits include:

  • 10% off eligible shoes, apparel, and accessories

  • 45-day return window

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders

 

 

Silver Membership

Annual Fee: $34.99

Benefits include:

  • 15% off eligible shoes, apparel, and accessories

  • 60-day return window

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders

  • Annual Birthday Reward

 

 

Gold Membership

Annual Fee: $59.99

Benefits include:

  • 20% off eligible shoes, apparel, and accessories

  • 75-day return window

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders

  • Annual Birthday Reward

  • Access to eligible exclusive race merchandise collections, subject to availability

  • Early access to select product launches and limited-edition releases

 

 

RunHouse+ Executive Membership

Annual Fee: $99.99

Benefits include:

  • 25% off eligible shoes, apparel, and accessories

  • 90-day return window

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders

  • Annual Birthday Reward

  • Priority access to eligible exclusive race merchandise collections, subject to availability

  • Early access to select product launches and limited-edition releases

  • Family Membership privileges

 

 

3. Membership Eligibility

Memberships are intended for individual consumers only.

Organizations, re-sellers, distributors, and businesses are not eligible to participate in the Membership Program.

Memberships may not be purchased for resale purposes or transferred to another individual except as expressly permitted under the RunHouse+ Executive Family Membership provisions.

The Run House reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate Memberships that violate these requirements.

 

 

4. Family Membership Benefits

RunHouse+ Executive Members may extend Membership benefits to immediate family members residing in the same household, limited to:

  • One spouse or domestic partner

  • Dependent children under eighteen (18) years of age

Family Membership benefits are limited to eligible household members identified by the Member. The Run House reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or remove Family Membership privileges if eligibility requirements are not met or if Family Membership benefits are used by individuals outside the Member's household.

The Run House reserves the right to request documentation verifying eligibility.

 

 

5. Birthday Rewards

Silver, Gold, and RunHouse+ Executive Members may receive an annual Birthday Reward.

To qualify, Members must provide a valid birth date and maintain an active Membership in good standing.

Birthday Rewards:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • May be subject to redemption periods and promotional restrictions

  • May vary from year to year at The Run House's discretion

Failure to provide a valid birth date prior to the Member's birthday may result in forfeiture of that year's Birthday Reward.

 

 

6. Merchandise Discounts

Membership discounts apply to eligible merchandise only. Some exclusions may apply.

Discounts:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be applied retroactively

  • Cannot be transferred to another individual

  • May not apply to excluded merchandise or promotional offers

The Run House reserves the right to determine discount eligibility and product exclusions at any time.

 

 

7. Exclusions & Limitations

Membership discounts and benefits apply only to eligible purchases made while an active Membership is in good standing.

The following purchases are excluded from Membership discounts, benefits, and promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

  • Gift card purchases

  • Clearance, closeout, sale, or discounted merchandise

  • Employee purchases

  • Purchases made prior to enrollment in the Membership Program

  • Purchases made for resale purposes

  • Commercial, organizational, or business purchases

  • Taxes and government-imposed fees

  • Shipping charges where applicable

Membership discounts may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

The Run House reserves the right to exclude specific brands, products, limited-edition releases, race merchandise collections, promotional items, vendor-restricted products, or other merchandise from Membership discounts at its sole discretion.

Additional exclusions and limitations may apply from time to time and will be communicated through The Run House website or other Membership materials.

 

 

8. Exclusive Merchandise & Early Access

Gold and RunHouse+ Executive Members may receive access to exclusive race merchandise, limited-edition collections, special product releases, and early shopping opportunities.

Access to exclusive merchandise or early purchasing opportunities does not guarantee product availability.

Many products are offered in limited quantities and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Run House makes no guarantee regarding inventory levels, product reservations, or future availability of any item.

The Run House reserves the right to determine which products qualify for exclusive access and may modify or discontinue such offerings at any time.

 

 

9. Shipping Benefits

Members receive free standard shipping on qualifying orders placed through The Run House.

Certain oversized items, specialty products, international shipments, drop-shipped products, or other designated items may be excluded from free shipping eligibility.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

 

10. Returns & Exchanges

Membership tiers include enhanced return privileges as follows:

All returns remain subject to The Run House Return Policy in effect at the time of return.

The Run House reserves the right to refuse returns that appear excessive, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal consumer use.

 

 

11. Membership Fees, Billing & Automatic Renewal

Membership fees are charged annually and provide benefits for a twelve (12) month Membership term.

Current annual Membership rates are:

  • Silver Membership: $34.99

  • Gold Membership: $59.99

  • RunHouse+ Executive Membership: $99.99

Bronze Membership is available at no charge.

All paid Memberships automatically renew at the then-current Membership rate using the payment method on file unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

The Run House reserves the right to change Membership pricing, benefits, or tier structures at any time. Members will be notified prior to any renewal involving a change in Membership fees.

 

 

12. Cancellation

Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not terminate the current Membership term.

Membership benefits will remain active through the Member's expiration date.

Membership fees are non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused Membership time, benefits, or canceled Memberships.

If a Membership is not renewed, all Membership benefits expire at the end of the current Membership term.

Membership Abuse & Misuse

The Run House reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any Membership without refund if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in abuse or misuse of the Membership Program, including but not limited to:

  • Reselling products purchased using Membership benefits

  • Purchasing merchandise for commercial or business purposes

  • Sharing Membership discounts or benefits with unauthorized individuals

  • Misrepresenting eligibility for Family Membership benefits

  • Excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity

  • Attempting to circumvent Membership restrictions, exclusions, or purchase limits

  • Any activity that The Run House believes is harmful to its business, customers, vendors, race partners, or Membership Program

In the event a Membership is terminated for abuse or misuse, all Membership benefits will immediately cease and no refund of Membership fees will be provided.

 

 

13. Communications

By participating in the Membership Program, Members consent to receive communications relating to:

  • Membership status

  • Renewals

  • Program updates

  • Birthday Rewards

  • Exclusive offers

  • Product releases

  • Promotional opportunities

Members may opt out of marketing communications, but certain account-related communications may still be required for Membership administration.

 

 

14. Privacy

Information collected through the Membership Program is governed by The Run House Privacy Policy.

The Run House may use Membership information to administer benefits, provide customer service, process Membership transactions, and communicate Membership-related information.

 

 

15. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Membership Program is voluntary and undertaken at the Member's own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Run House disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, operation, or performance of the Membership Program and its benefits.

The Run House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the Membership Program.

 

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

17. Changes to the Membership Program

The Run House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Membership benefit, pricing structure, eligibility requirement, or provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon posting to The Run House website unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in the Membership Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
