- Outsole: More rubber and new flex grooves.

- Measured: 0.4 oz heavier and drop down from 10.3mm to 8.2mm. Heel stack about the same.

Glycerin 23: The plush luxury cruiser. Deep, plush cushioning with a soft heel. It’s built for comfort, not speed, and the forefoot needs a couple dozen miles to loosen up.
Glycerin 22: Comfort-loaded everyday cruiser. Soft, comfort-loaded cushioning with a stable feel, made for everyday miles and great for heel strikers. Not very energetic.

Glycerin 23. Runs slightly short, so if you’re between sizes, go up a half. Roomy forefoot with more toe height than the 22; the stretchy upper can feel loose on narrow feet. Wide available.
